On-Site Account Coordinator

Distribution - Austin, TX - Full Time

The On-Site Account Coordinator coordinates design and data entry for in-house graphics department.  This role actively works with Chicago support team to review issues and feedback from distributor sales force, managers, and leads.  This position reports to the Vice President of Distributor Accounts but takes direction from client specific account managers and designers in the Chicago office.

Responsibilities

  • Collects local print requests from sales force and inputs complete and accurate information into Brandmuscle’s proprietary software application
  • Manages individual design queue – Expected to input all new orders within 24-hour turnaround
  • Collaborates with Associate Creative Director and account managers on completion of projects for high priority managers and events
  • Professionally handles incoming requests from customers and ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly
  • Understands all aspects of Brandmuscle’s design, approval & production process
  • Leads training for sales force on Brandmuscle’s processes and applications
  • Manages the overall workload and workflow for the market to ensure that all orders meet our agreed upon turnaround times
  • Maintains Brandmuscle’s standard of quality and customer service
  • Identifies client expectations and needs
  • Provides an outstanding customer service experience by using consultative skills to anticipate customer needs, suggest alternatives, and find solutions to meet customer needs
  • Troubleshoots customer issues over the phone, email and in person
  • Follows up with questions and requests from Chicago design and support teams in a timely manner
  • Understands and adheres to brand guidelines for both distributor and supplier clients and act as “brand advocate” when necessary
  • Works with marketing personnel and sales management at the client to identify additional applications for Brandmuscle tools and services
  • Receives and inspects inventory, and distributes finished material
  • May be required to operate in-house large and small format printers to produce rush projects and client proofs

Requirements 

  • 5 + years of customer service and/or administrative experience
  • Associates or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with careful attention to detail
  • Ability to handle multiple projects with changing priorities
  • Strong sense of customer service
  • Self-motivated, organized and accountable
  • Resourceful problem solver
  • Thrives under pressure with the ability to meet quick deadlines
  • Confident understanding of the print industry and production process
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs – Word, Excel, PowerPoint
