About the General Manager, Marketing Execution Role
The General Manager, Marketing Execution will be responsible for supporting the full Marketing Execution team to meet client expectations. A successful General Manager, Marketing Execution will be a proactive problem-solver who maintains project forecasts, plans for our future through automation and process improvement, and also develops and manages strong talent across our marketing teams.
This is a highly visible leadership role within our organization that is accountable for a team of 20+ people in Noida, India. The role will partner with the USA team on projects, goals, performance, and staff on an ongoing basis.
Responsibilities
Hire, train, manage, and develop the skills of 20+ marketing execution team members as they complete client tasks in digital advertising, website-building, social media publishing, media planning, and marketing consultation calls with USA-based customers.
Partner with the USA marketing execution team leadership to accurately forecast client work and team coverage for upcoming projects (such as campaign flights, website launches, and large waves of outgoing calls) to assess staffing and training needs.
Work collaboratively across BrandMuscle departments to ensure any process improvement opportunities are documented and addressed to maximize team performance.
Audit campaign flight trackers and QA logs to identify areas where we can enhance systems, processes, communications, or team training.
Proactively and creatively seek solutions for identified opportunities, and then partner with USA counterparts to deliver new methods or training.
Collaborate with US counterparts to approve weekly timesheet logs, as well as to conduct performance reviews and development goals for each team member.
Create a culture of continuous improvement by coaching team members on how to interact with clients effectively, as well as with other departments and colleagues.
Participate in leadership meetings to ensure alignment across teams in our projects, timelines, goals, and team priorities.

Fluent American English (written and spoken)
Marketing experience (digital advertising, websites, social media, and marketing customer service on phones)
Team leadership (hiring, training, coaching, creating accountability, and conducting performance reviews)
Requirements
Team leadership, coaching, and development experience for teams of 15+ people.
Production management experience (such as developing and checking QA logs and tickets-completed logs).
Able to manage and maintain multiple projects and initiatives concurrently.
Self-starter who understands how to partner with USA leaders to prioritize and execute work.
Experience with cross-functional global teams and/or agency environments.
Microsoft experience (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, Sharepoint).
Willingness and ability to learn new platforms, services & disciplines.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills.

Experience with digital advertising platforms (Meta, Google, DSPs).
Experience leading call center team members.
Experience in a marketing agency.
Experience with website best practices.
Experience working with small business owners and/or large enterprise businesses in the USA.
