Product Manager
The Manager, Product Management is responsible for developing the strategic vision and executing the product roadmap of the BrandMuscle local marketing platform. This includes the full product management life-cycle: persona research, competitive analysis, analyst briefings, requirements authoring, pricing, go-to-market, and sales support. The Manager, Product Management will partner with teams across the organization to become an expert on the market, design a world-class solution, build the value proposition, and ultimately drive sales growth.
Responsibilities
Plan and execute all elements of the product life cycle of the BrandMuscle platform by understanding market demands, technology trends, and the competitive field
Gather and incorporate feedback to develop the product roadmap based on a thorough analysis of end-user requirements
Work with the Client Partnership and UX teams to conduct user research and define end-user personas
Work closely with the Sales Team to understand buyer personas, sales trends, and the competitor landscape
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to create user stories, detailed requirements, and wireframes
Play a product owner role throughout the development sprints, to ensure the product meets the specified vision
Coordinate with the Sales Team to develop content to successfully compete and win business
Work with the marketing team to translate technical and product information into useful marketing materials
Partner with the Client Service team to develop case studies, testimonials, use cases, and other content to drive promotional material and sales efforts
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, technology, or a related field required
5+ years of product marketing required, SaaS experience preferred
Knowledge and experience in customer buying behavior for B2B SaaS solutions
Strong analytical skills and passion for analyzing products, competitors, and market dynamics
Demonstrated commitment to mentoring, coaching, and leadership
Strong communication, collaboration, feedback, and facilitation skills
Superior organizational, strategic, and execution skills
Experience working in cross-functional, multi-location teams
Excellent presentation and communication skills
