Content Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a Content Marketing Specialist to own the responsibility for evangelizing clients’ brands through your written words. The successful candidate will contribute directly to researching, writing, and delivering engaging content for our clients. This position will provide critical content support for our clients, and will work across teams, departments and platforms to ensure we're achieving their goals through your efforts. Expertise in content-related channel optimization, SEO knowledge, and maintaining brand consistency is necessary.

If you are skilled in content marketing, have proven success in creating compelling short-form and long-form content, as well as managing, writing and editing content across multiple mediums, we are looking for you. 


  • Outline, research, compose and/or optimize a variety of engaging content, including website content, emails, social media and blogs, etc.
  • Collaboratively ensure a consistent look, voice, tone, message, and brand across all content in support of content marketing strategies
  • Ensure projects meet objectives, are completed on time and adhere to the budget through use of project management best practices
  • Contribute to keyword research and SEO strategy to ensure maximum content performance
  • Monitor and maintain content across platforms; analyze and make recommendations for content strategy and tactical improvement
  • Establish best-in-class storytelling that delivers the right content in the right formats


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, Communications or related field
  • Copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills with a drive for accuracy and attention to details—writing samples are a must
  • Strong knowledge of content marketing principles (including SEO), social media and digital marketing strategies, best practices, and analysis and how they can be applied
  • Comfortable multi-tasking and able to deliver results under pressure and under tight deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal and client-focused skills – interacts well with all levels of staff and partners with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
  • Self-starter, motivated, confident, and has ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment


  • 2-4 years of experience including hands-on experience in content creation for a marketing agency
  • Demonstrated ability to produce for a wide range of audiences in a wide range of styles across all digital marketing and communications channels
