Program Manager, Graphic Operations

The Program Manager, Graphic Operations (PMGO) provides exceptional service to our internal and external clients in their primary role of overseeing graphic operations work, project management, development and maintenance of internal and external client relationships.  Ensuring their assigned programs & projects are executed at the highest quality level, on time, and within budget. The Program Manager, Graphic Operations is an experienced project manager who has demonstrated a high level of proficiency in managing projects from initiation to completion and is consistently effective in obtaining results from their project teams including supervision/coordination of vendor partnership for project execution. Exemplary project and client management and communications skills are essential for success in this position.


The Program Manager, Graphic Operations responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing projects of a complex nature, including assigning individual responsibilities to the project team, identifying appropriate resources needed and developing a schedule to ensure completion of projects.
  • Overseeing creative aspects during the implementation of the Brandmuscle solution for a variety of clients.
  • Learning and applying an in-depth understanding of the client’s business, business rules, and business processes as they relate to the Brandmuscle solution
  • Demonstrating strong knowledge of template functionality with an ability to provide recommendations for set-up, functionality following best practices.
  • Coordinating a variety of priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Providing problem recognition, research, isolation and resolution steps
  • Expanding the vendor relationship through proactive and innovative project management
  • Recommending and taking action to direct the analysis and solutions of issues and problems in the best interest of both the client and Brandmuscle
  • Communicating any necessary action items and providing insights and recommendations for future project optimization and process improvements
  • Providing ongoing feedback and assessment of project status and issues to managers and executives
  • Ensuring that project workloads are balanced among team members
  • The GOPM must be flexible and able to accommodate a variety of priorities
  • Providing support and assistance to a variety of teams including vendors.


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Demonstrated record of accomplishment as a manager who grasps graphics and technology opportunities
  • Strong project management experience
  • Advertising industry knowledge, commitment to client service
  • Knowledge of Adobe applications: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat/Distiller
  • Knowledge with Dreamweaver, HTML or HTML5.
  • Management experience, coaching and mentoring skills a plus
  • Some travel required


Three to Five years of account management experience and based understanding and knowledge of creative workflows.
