Brandmuscle’s Austin Human Resources Manager (HRM) oversees the human resources and office operations functions for Brandmuscle’s
Reporting to an offsite HR Director, the HRM is part of a lean team of HR professionals who are charged with providing management with a strategic Human Resources partner, helping to optimize team productivity. The HRM also acts as an ambassador for Brandmuscle, facilitates employee communications, and seeks to continuously improve employee engagement and development, promoting Brandmuscle as a preferred employer.

Four to six years of previous HR experience and PHR certification are required.
