The Client Service Intern (CSI) provides exceptional service to our clients by facilitating communication and project work for the Client Service Team.
The primary focus for the CSI is the assistance in project work and ensuring time-sensitive client campaign materials are available and updated in our system. The CSI responds to, helps diagnose problems through discussion with users and internal team members, and assists team members with project workloads. The primary focus for the CSI is effective and efficient project management and issue resolution.
Under direct supervision, the CSI’s responsibilities include:
0 to 2 years internship experience in ad agency, account service, or technical environment is preferred. Desire to gain complete understanding of advertising and print production processes are essential.
