The Vice-President of Client Services is responsible for acting as the senior relationship manager with multiple client contacts. The position ensures overall client retention, operational execution and quality service delivery, senior relationship management, and for growing their base of business. The Vice-President of Client Services should be adept at handling the overall growth strategy (both Client and internal) and should fulfill an influential/responsible role with regards to Brandmuscle process, product and Client relationships. He/she is responsible for creating and maintaining a high level of satisfaction regarding Brandmuscle on the part of Client product and sales team members. He/she is also responsible for developing quarterly and annual business reviews for clients. The VP oversees subordinates on strategic and tactical development and the internal planning process. He/she also provides ongoing training and development of staff when necessary.
The VP is often times the senior-most team member dedicated 100% to the client(s) they serve. This means that the team member is the foundation for the team and acts as a leader across all company initiatives. This person is responsible for ensuring strategies are pulled through to tactics and supervises our internal processes to ensure the tactics are developed and delivered at a high level of quality. The VP is a senior leader in Brandmuscle and as such must assure team collaboration, coordination and a positive attitude in order to garner and maintain the support of other company departments.
