Associate Manager, Client Service

The Associate Manager, Client Service (B2B) role is to lead daily client and internal responsibilities for assigned client accounts. This position works closely with the Client Service leadership team to ensure that Brandmuscle’s technology and service offering support the client’s local marketing and overall business strategy.  This position will be client-facing, and focus on fostering and growing professional relationships.  Under supervision, responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Responsible for ongoing client relationship management on assigned accounts.
  • Build strong relationships across internal departments and external partners.
  • Seek ways to develop marketing initiatives by providing critical insights that build organic growth. Provide tactical marketing recommendations to client.
  • Identify new digital opportunities and work collaboratively with internal teams to execute new opportunities.
  • Display a vast knowledge of each assigned client’s industry, brand, target market, and local marketing goals and challenges.
  • Identify and evaluate industry trends, competitive market dynamics, and best practices to support the client’s business.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of Brandmuscle’s product and service offerings. Share examples and case studies that will help support the client’s objectives.
  • Work closely with cross-functional departments to set project expectations and deadlines. Effectively communicate client requests, concerns, and feedback to internal teams.
  • Increase team collaboration through idea-sharing and brainstorming sessions.
  • Drive channel goals by working closely with the Performance Marketing team to prioritize, influence and communicate expectations.
  • Responsible for general brand and channel consistency on marketing site.
  • Perform regular site audits, creative proofing and test template functionality.
  • Develop client presentations, recommendations and plan meeting logistics.
  • Pull monthly data and format into reporting template. Administer and analyze monthly reporting metrics and provide ongoing optimization recommendations.
  • Oversee mail programs; responsible for status calls and data management.
  • Create meeting agendas, capture meeting notes and send meeting recaps.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Communications/Advertising
  • Advertising industry knowledge, commitment to client service required.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Detail-oriented with great organizational & time management skills
  • Must possess a strong work ethic and team-player mentality
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Some travel required.

EXPERIENCE

  • 2-4 years ad agency account service, or project management.
  • B2B marketing experience preferred.
  • Understanding of print and digital advertising is required.
