Marketing Coordinator

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for working with the Media & Events Buying Team and Local Marketing Consultants to plan and purchase local media for Brandmuscle clients. 

Under direct supervision, responsibilities include:

  • Create weekly and monthly status reports
  • Assisting with creation and distribution of media and event contracts
  • Processing client payments
  • Creating and distributing insertion orders to media vendors and track insertion order sign backs
  • Creating and distributing quotes for media
  • Calling to take payment on media orders in process
  • Traffic and assign media requests
  • Processing and reconciling media invoices and assisting with invoice discrepancies
  • Staying current on media trends and local marketing events

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • Superior communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Attention to detail and great organizational skills
  • Ability to shift priorities and handle multiple tasks
  • Passion to learn and stay on top of new media trends
  • Well versed in use of Microsoft office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Desired Experience

Media experience in an advertising agency, media agency or corporate media buying department.
