Program Manager

The Client Service team is looking for a savvy program manager to help us drive and grow various client programs. We are seeking a highly motivated, intelligent, creative and personable individual with a drive to deliver exceptional customer experiences, and to help us take our programs to the next-level. Attention to detail and enthusiasm for problem-solving is a must, and prior media experience is a plus.

Responsible for the overall management of assigned client media programs, for supporting and assisting in the development of strategic definitions for the brand’s local marketing efforts, ensuring that Brandmuscle’s technology and service offering support the client’s local marketing and overall business strategy, and will help grow the client’s relationship with Brandmuscle. The Program Manager is responsible for effective and efficient operation of client account program functions for their staff. The Program Manager will proactively engage clients in discussion regarding their local marketing goals to provide insights and perspectives and will serve as consultants in local marketing and Brandmuscle’s entire product and service offering to ensure that Brandmuscle is doing everything possible to achieve those goals. He/she serves as a role model for their team by helping staff members grow, assuring a vibrant, cohesive staff.


  • Act as point of contact for stakeholders on key programs
  • Collaborate with other departments supporting key programs
  • Build strong, long-term client relationships and maintain frequent contact
  • Work with internal teams to provide sound media recommendations tailored to individual client needs
  • Work directly with client stakeholders, regional managers and agents.
  • Manage media requests and recommendations for select programs
  • Lead client media recommendation presentations
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure campaign delivery meets client expectations
  • Ensure on-time reporting delivery for key programs
  • Contribute in weekly client status meetings
  • Identify opportunities to improve program efficiency and increase client satisfaction


  • Demonstrated track record as a leader who grasps marketing and technology opportunities.
  • Advertising industry knowledge, commitment to client service. 
  • Detail-oriented with strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Must possess a strong work ethic & have a team player mentality
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be thoroughly computer literate and able to learn new software and applications quickly.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong knowledge of Excel (including formulas and standard data sorting and filtering)
  • Ability to provide well-focused tactical plans that result in measurable success and better-than-market performance.
  • Strong knowledge of both online and traditional media
  • Experience with CRM tools including Salesforce and Microsoft CRM
  • Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics and Adobe Site Catalyst
  • Demonstrated analytical skills and ability to analyze data
  • Strong project management and communication skill
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
  • Some travel may be required


  • 3-6 years media/account management experience in an agency setting or equivalent
