Client Service Account Executive II


The client Service Account Executive II performs similar duties to CSAE I but also performs additional technical duties. The position assists in training new hires and may assist account management in allocating workflow to meet SLA.

The CSAE II responsibilities include:

Duties performed by CSAE I position
Assist participants with EFT and wire transfer registration
Interface with client contact regarding transactional questions
Assist in training new hires
For larger accounts this position may assist account management in allocating work flow to meet SLA terms
Maintain Standard Operating Procedures and auditing guidelines
Load accruals and expire funds if account not processed by Financial Operations
Process manual accrual adjustments and fund transfers
Prepare and deliver pre-formatted reports
Enter IT jobs for routine fixes and maintenance, QC jobs and close
Update Medialink tables for items such as new audit codes, products, approval loop tables, segment tables, etc
Run browsers using pre-created queries
Client specific activities include compliance strike letters and assisting in setting up new rebates
Demonstrate knowledge of Brandmuscle core competencies for assigned client and begin proactively explore offerings outside of assigned client
Overtime as required



MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Proficient in EXCEL-sort/filter, link cells, chart, formula creation, etc.
Proficient in PowerPoint
Familiar with Access database and queries
Exemplary written and verbal communication skills
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills required
Ability to multi-task and manage work to meet client needs
Flexibility to accommodate a variety of priorities
Must be thoroughly computer /Internet literate and able to learn new software quickly
Ability to manage relationships in a fast paced environment


2+ years experience in call center environment and Bachelors Degree or 4 yrs. experience
